The breakfast was good. the staff was outstandingly accommodating. - the hotel was in a magnificent and amazing location, close to all the tourist attractions.

Everything was very good, EXCELLENT location short walk to the shopping district of Rome as well as the main attractions, great experience. What an affable and nice staff, they gave us an air-conditioned room with A/C and a refrigerator plus a safe box.

Non-english speaking staff although advertised as having. No window in room. Difficulty in unlocking street door - especially late at night, I found it impossible until another resident came along and after a long struggle managed to unlock it. No soundproofing from apartment above. Kept awake until the early hours.

Well, it said free internet. but I needed to ask for internet code tickets. They were free but they gave spare tickets every time
